Comma Cycle takes inspiration from numerous organisms, such as Phylum Porifera. By using a web and sponge like skeletal structure it allows the tampon to expand more generously than compact, dense forms. This design integrates more air pockets and gives the hemp fibers more room to expand and therefore absorb more blood, while using less material.
